Cultivate Calm and Balance Through Our Experiential Meditation Class
This experiential class helps to train your body and mind to follow your leadership into calm and peaceful states. A tight body and mind is susceptible to emotional reactivity and repression causing or contributing to depression, anxiety, overthinking, insomnia, digestive issues, heart conditions, and more.
In this class you will learn to discover and speak the language of your nervous system through learning effortless breathing awareness, creating space of non-judgmental awareness, relaxation, and expansion.
Sessions are expected to be approximately 1 hour and are $30 per class. To manage and maintain group size effectively, participants will be asked to register for sessions ahead of time. Spots will be limited, so participants are encouraged to register early and secure their spot!

Note: Meditation does not mean you are expected to silence your mind (that's just not going to happen). Instead, our focus is on simply focusing on the breath as a means of becoming present. Having worked with others in this way for over 25 years, my process makes obtaining results easy!
