Establishing a safe and supportive environment is essential in the therapeutic relationship. I recognize that you are the expert in your own life. I prioritize creating a non-judgmental space through empathy, validation, and therapeutic techniques as we work together to explore the reasons for seeking therapy. I have worked with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergent diagnoses (ADHD and ASD). I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
My approach to therapy involves guiding you toward achieving your goals, uncovering deeper issues that may be affecting you, and empowering you to live a more enriching life. Together, we will work to build resilience and enhance your overall well-being.
Therapy is a collaborative effort, and you can expect a warm, empathic, and understanding approach from me. I believe that therapy is most effective when finding the right match; if I am not the therapist for you, I will help you find who is.
